Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1-5 days for the tracking information to update.

3. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate order shipments. All our orders are processed and delivered within 1-21 working days, depending on what product order has been placed.

When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

Zazza House takes every reasonable precaution to ensure that the products are not damaged during shipping. However, damage to products can occur during travel from the Zazza House shipping facility to homes or businesses. If the item is damaged in transit, please send us an email at [email protected] to apply for a refund or a return within 7 days after receiving your package. Note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide Zazza House with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.

4. Orders Tracking

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. Please notice that it can take a couple days until your tracking code gets activated. You can check your order status HERE.

You can visit our online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

Note: Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 1-21 working days of payment of the order. Delivery times for each product may vary depending on order location.

5.2 Change Of Delivery Address

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

5.3 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items.

5.4 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us to conduct an investigation.
